Modern Industrial

With a downtown warehouse converted to a restaurant, our client wanted to stick to the building’s industrial roots. While designing the space, we stayed true to the integrity of its structure, and introduced elements to soften the strong textures that existed.

Simple integrated lighting and greenery allowed the space to feel warm, but minimal. We selected a variety materials for the furnishings, pairing soft leather sofas with steel stools. Our client desired a mix of comfort for those who chose to lounge longer, while the bar was built with those in mind who want to stop for just one drink on the way home.
