Kits Point - Rooftop
When tasked with creating an oasis for the residents of this Kits Point condo, we wanted to create a lush space where residents could go to relax and unwind, just floors up from their units.
Social
Residents were looking to add more options for both lounging, dining, for hosting friends or simply relaxing after work in a space other than their own. With this in mind, we incorporated modular dining elements to allow for this.
Lounge
Adding large planters allowed for us to maximize the feeling of privacy in this expansive open aired space. By creating sections for both social dining and more private areas for lounging, we wanted residents to feel like they could use this public space, while also offering privacy with elements of oversized greenery.
